Biography
Frank Arena graduated from Baruch College, CUNY, in 1992, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in the area of Human Resource Management, graduating summa cum laude and earning membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, among other distinctions. Frank recently retired from the Department of Veterans Affairs after a 30-year career serving veterans and their dependents in various capacities, spending the last 15 years of his VA career as a compensation benefits quality review specialist and certified instructor, training hundreds of employees in all aspects of the disability compensation claims process.
Frank is honored to have the opportunity to continue providing the highest quality service to our nation’s veterans.
