Biography

David Donohue attended Binghamton University and after graduating New York Law School. He was admitted to practice in 2014, since that time David has fought for the rights of injured workers and tried hundreds cases before the Social Security Administration, the New York State and Local Retirement System (NYSLRS), the New York City Employees Retirement System (NYCERS), The Metropolitan Transport Authority Pension System, the New York State Teacher’s Retirement System, and the New York City Teachers Retirement System. He is well versed in all New York State and Local Municipal Pension systems and has successfully argued numerous Article 78 appeals in these matters. He has also experience trying cases before the Public Safety Officer Benefit fund.

In 2025 David joined Miller & Caggiano, LLP. His vast experience in representing injured workers enables him to not only zealously advocate on behalf of injured and disabled worker’s but also allows him to advise injured and disabled workers and their families how to obtain the maximum benefits for which they are entitled to. Mr. Donohue is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
